Brief Description of the Product:

The
welders of this series are that automatic submerged arc welder or electro slag
welder for different uses, which are made from of ZX5 series welding rectifiers
equipped respectively with light vehicle or head.

MZ-630
adopts the special design of welding torch and wire feeding flexible pipe and
according to the automatic welding requirements of straight angle welding seam
to realize the automatic tracking of welding seam on the basis of four-wheel
drive walking mechanism of submerged arc welding vehicle.Equipped
with ZX5-630 welding power supply can makeΦ1.6-Φ3mm welding wire
and is mainly used in the angle welding in horizontal position of hoisting girders,
road and bridge steel girders and H type steel and so on.

The
welders of this series are mainly used for welding various steel plate structure,
butt welding seam with or without grooves, lap welding seam and fillet
welding seam, which can be located in the horizontal inclined plane or the inclined
plane whose tilt angle with the horizontal plane is no bigger than 10°and
can weld carbon structure steel, low alloy structure steel, stainless steel, heat
resistant steel and its compound steel materials. ZX5-630/1000/1250 introduces
three-phase circuit minimum trigger angle protection and control method
for the first time in China and preferably controls the dynamic characteristics
of power supply. Therefore, this equipment can also provide direct
current output for steelmaking, electroplating and quick quenching equipment
and better make up the deficiency of the first generation products.

welders of this series adopt comprehensively the newest technology and
components. It works stably and the operation method is smart.

Power
supply standard configuration: the distance of dynamical power supply to welding
power supply is 3 meters; welding power supply to welding head is 15 meters;
power supply to work pieces is 5 meters.
