Brief Description of the Product:

This
machine is specially used for welding of double circular seams, with preheating
function for workpiece, automatic firing function, temperature display and
adjustment. Welding gun with swing and uplifting functions. This machine adopts
stepping motor with reliable performance and adjustable speed and scope.

This
machine can be used for welding of beams, hydraulic cylinder, driving shafts
and other circular seams. NBC-500k or NBC-630k is the adoptable power.

Rotative welding head sets manual chuck with
three jaws, it’s suitable for large workpiece with
large diameter, large commonality.

This machine could rapidly finish
the loading & unloading and positioning of workpiece, and decrease the
preparing time before welding for improvement of welding efficiency. To
implement the automatic welding by fixed welding gun and workpiece rotation.

Controller adopts PLC unit to realize the program control.

Pneumatic gun controlling unit can complete automatic gun
uplifting & feeding. Double gun can implement simultaneous welding to meet
the different welding requirements.

Submerged-arc welding, gas shielded welding could be the option
for the welding power.
